Christmas 2010

We had a great Christmas this year! We had all our children and grandchildren here except Stacy and her family who we really wished could have been here too!! We had over a week of fun and activities!!

It started off with Shawn and Kim dropping off Wesley while they went to Disneyland for a couple of days. It was Shawn's Christmas present to Kim. They had a wonderful time even though it rained on them. We had a wonderful time with Wesley! He is so cute and so much fun!

He came all dressed in his mickey mouse shirt! Hopefully he wasn't too disappointed that he didn't get to go to Disneyland too! Butters liked to keep Wesley company! (Actually she was a bit jealous of all the attention that we were giving to Wesley and not her!)

Grandpa had a lot of fun getting Wesley to laugh for him! He was pretty good at it!
Wesley cracked us up...he loved to watch TV upside down!A total eclipse of the moon!It is a family tradition to go and see the Oakland Temple lights. A lot of rain couldn't keep us away!
We took a trip to the Jelly Belly factory where we took the tour, sampled everything we could and stocked up on belly flops! Then we hit the In and Out Burger for lunch before heading back home. Kathy and Fred came down from Yuba City to meet us at the Jelly Belly factory. Lots of fun!
Instead of making the traditional ginger bread houses out of Graham crackers we made sugar cookie ginger bread men and decorated them. Thanks to Kim and Jonny who rolled out all the cookies! It was much better because everyone enjoyed munching on the cookies! When we make the houses they sit around for a month and then we throw them out!
